Meet Our Realtors

Cheri and Martin Woodard have lived in Rappahannock County for over 35 years. During that time, they have developed a deep understanding of the people and land of the County. They are known for entrepreneurial success,dedication to community service and a genuine enthusiasm for helping people. Cheri's real estate career began six years ago and she has quickly become one of the top Realtors in the area. Martin joined her in 2005 to help provide the highest level of service to Cheri's rapidly  growing practice. Cheri and Martin attribute their success to lessons they learned in 27 years of running their own business; topflight marketing, communication, attention to detail and outstanding customer service are equally important.

Janet Clark joined the firm in 2008. Janet is a Realtor, business woman, mother of four children, active community volunteer and a long time Rappahannock County resident.

Patricia Obregon joined the firm in 2008 as our office manager. Patricia  is also working towards a degree in International Studies and has experience in the mortgage industry. She is fluent in Spanish so we welcome any inquiries in Spanish.

Lance Woodard, began his real estate career six years ago with his mom Cheri Woodard. Lance is currently the office greeter and occasionally assists in showing properties, he loves children and visitors to the office. Lance is a 10 year old Lab with lots of energy. When he is not working, Lance loves to run through the fields of the Woodard's 100 acre farm, Long View.
