Cheri and Martin Woodard have lived in Rappahannock County for almost 40 years. During that time, they have developed a deep understanding of the people and land of the County. They are known for entrepreneurial success,dedication to community service and a genuine enthusiasm for helping people. Cheri's real estate career began 11 years ago in 2002 and she is currently one of the top Realtors in the area. Martin joined her in 2005 to help provide the highest level of service to Cheri's rapidly  growing practice. Cheri and Martin attribute their success to lessons they learned in 35 years of running their own business; topflight marketing, communication, attention to detail and outstanding customer service are equally important.

Patricia Obregon moved to Rappahannock County in 2007. She has decided to pursue a career in Real Estate while continuing studies in International Relations. Originally from Miami Beach, Florida, Patricia has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Latin America. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. When she is not caring for her son, Patricia enjoys traveling, hiking, and photographing the beautiful landscape and people of Rapphannock County.

Adam Beroza grew up in Rappahannock County attending nearby Woodberry Forest School in Orange and the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. After a successful career in Business Development and Marketing for top internet retailers Crutchfield and 1800Flowers.com, Adam and his family decided to return to his hometown so his son could grow up in the area that they loved.

Thorne Auchter, originally from Jacksonville, Florida, first fell in love with the Blue Ridge Mountains when he was a student at Woodberry Forest School in Orange, Virginia.
