Cheri and Martin Woodard have lived in Rappahannock County for over 35 years. During that time, they have developed a deep understanding of the people and land of the County. They are known for entrepreneurial success,dedication to community service and a genuine enthusiasm for helping people. Cheri's real estate career began six years ago and she has quickly become one of the top Realtors in the area. Martin joined her in 2005 to help provide the highest level of service to Cheri's rapidly  growing practice. Cheri and Martin attribute their success to lessons they learned in 27 years of running their own business; topflight marketing, communication, attention to detail and outstanding customer service are equally important.

Janet Clark joined the firm in 2008. Janet is a Realtor, business woman, mother of four children, active community volunteer and a long time Rappahannock County resident.

Ben Luke began working with the firm in the summer of 2008. He is currently in his second year at the University of Virginia and has lived In Rappahannock County his entire life. He currently resides Sperryville.

Thorne Auchter, originally from Jacksonville, Florida, first fell in love with the Blue Ridge Mountains when he was a student at Woodberry Forest School in Orange, Virginia.
