Beginning in the meadow, a stonewall lined driveway leads to the cabin occupying a high open knoll with outstanding views.  The cabin is an unusual collection of rooms that is being sold “as is.”  It includes a large great room with fieldstone fireplace, another living/family room also with a fieldstone fireplace, a galley kitchen and a dining room.  There is one bedroom and two full bathrooms.  With an unusual floor plan and a rambling footprint, the cabin needs imaginative input and clever remodeling.  Although the house needs work, the setting is fantastic.

This property has a great deal of potential but it’s not for everyone.  If you want a pristine place, you probably won’t be happy here but if you want a rustic property that has tons of potential and endless opportunities for enjoyment, check it out.
