From Sperryville drive  onto US-211 East for 1.4 miles. Make a legal U-turn at the second intersection  onto US-211 West. The property is  on the right at  driveway for 12213 Lee Highway.  A For sale Sign  is located at driveway.  Follow driveway .2M to house at top of hill.
